Payment
Payment details are collected through a SSL secure server.  Payment will not be taken until goods are despatched.

Postage & Delivery
Postage will be charged at cost price (whatever it costs us) and there is no charge for packaging.
We will aim to despatch goods within 1-3 days but please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
Goods will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail unless otherwise requested at the time of ordering. Heavy or bulky goods will have to be sent Parcelforce and so will take 2-3 days longer.
Cost and type of postage will be confirmed in an email at time of despatch.

Returns
Refunds will be given on faulty goods only.  An exchange or credit note will be given on goods that are not as expected if returned in a sellable condition within 7 days.
